Important Notes

• Do note use external chargers to charge or repair this battery.
• In case of low SOC, jump-start the vehicle. After starting, allow the vehicle to idle for 5 – 8 minutes, then drive for at least 15 minutes to facilitate battery recovery.
• Warranty coverage (unless stated otherwise in writing):
  • Passenger – Petrol Vehicle: 3Y warranty, no mileage cap 
  • Passenger – Diesel 2WD Vehicle: 2 years, no mileage cap 
  • Passenger – Diesel 4WD Vehicle: 1.5 years, no mileage cap
  • Commercial Vehicle: 1.5 years, 45,000km mileage cap
  • Others:
    • Proof of Purchase Hierarchy
      The effective date of warranty coverage shall be determined based on the following order of hierarchy: (1) Receipt Date based on Uploaded receipt , followed by (2) Date of Purchase as stated on the Warranty Registration Form. In the event of any discrepancy, the Receipt Date shall prevail.
    • Vehicle Type Verification
      Aeson Power reserves the right to assess and determine the vehicle type based on the images submitted by the customer. This determination shall be final and will be used to establish the applicable warranty duration.
    • Validity of Submitted Documents and Images
      If the uploaded images are unclear, incomplete, or blurred, or if the purchase receipt is deemed invalid, Aeson Power reserves the right to reject the warranty claim without further obligation.

Warranty Coverage

• Capacity degradation due to manufacturing defects, less than 80% of the rated capacity.
• Failure to charge or start the vehicle under normal operating conditions from causes other than misuse of  users.
• Damage to battery casing, electrolyte leakage, or thermal runaway from factors other than than misuse by users.
• All warranty replacements will be provided with the same model battery only.
• The warranty period will be counted from the original purchase date.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse or abuse, including crash, drilling, burning, or unauthorized circuit modifications.
• Damage resulting from overcharging or over-discharging caused by using incompatible chargers or fast-charging equipment.
• Damage caused by installing the battery in a vehicle with an incompatible voltage rating.
• Damage resulting from prolonged storage of the battery in low SOC (i.e., no charging > 3 months).
• Damage caused by force majeure events such as wildfires, earthquakes, tsunamis, or storms etc.
• Batteries purchased from unauthorized sellers, or without proof of purchase, are excluded.
• If the serial number of the battery has been removed, erased or tampered with.

AESON POWER reserves the right to disallow any battery replacement in circumstances that do not warrant a claim – decisions in all cases/events are final.
